Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Mr. B's Wine & Spirits at Stanley Marketplace. This policy explains how shipped orders work. Because alcohol shipping is regulated by state and local law, the options available to you depend on where your order is going.
Where we ship
We ship only to destinations where we are legally permitted to do so. Eligible shipping destinations are shown at checkout. If your address isn't eligible, you'll be offered other options where available, such as local delivery or in-store pickup. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Age verification and signature
All orders containing alcohol require an adult signature at delivery. The recipient must be 21 or older and present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Carriers will not leave alcohol packages unattended, and packages cannot be delivered to anyone who is under 21 or appears intoxicated.
Processing time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our store. Orders that include allocated or special-order items may take longer; we'll reach out if there's a delay.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, the number of bottles and the package size. Any applicable taxes are also shown before you place your order.
Missed deliveries
Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts. If a package can't be delivered and is returned to us, we'll contact you. Refunds for returned packages exclude the original shipping cost, and a return-shipping fee may apply.
Damaged or incorrect items
We pack every order with care, but breakage can happen. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns
Under state liquor laws, alcohol sales are generally final. We're happy to make it right if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or is faulty (for example, a corked wine) — just let us know.
