A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at pickup and at delivery, and the name on the ID must match the order where required. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we cannot verify age.

Orders and availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Inventory changes quickly, and some items — especially allocated, limited or vintage-specific bottles — may sell out after you order. If an item is unavailable, we'll contact you to offer a substitute or refund it.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Online prices may differ from in-store prices. Applicable taxes and any delivery or shipping fees are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and notify you. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Pickup, delivery and shipping

Fulfillment options depend on your location and applicable law. Please see our Shipping Policy and Local Delivery Policy for details. Orders will not be released to anyone who is under 21, cannot present valid ID or appears intoxicated.

Returns and refunds

Under state liquor laws, alcohol sales are generally final. If an item is damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us promptly and we'll make it right with a replacement, store credit or refund.

Rewards and promotions

Rewards, discounts and promotions are subject to their specific terms, may exclude sale items and tobacco, and may be changed or ended at any time. They have no cash value except where required by law.
